Please arrive on time. Bridging allows 15 minutes before/after scheduled appointment time as a window for the appointment.
If you are meeting your client at the warehouse please arrive before he/she does.
Your client will be able to select items appropriate for their family size.
Your client will not be offered items not indicated on the Furniture Request Form.
Have your client initial and sign a Client Release & Waiver Form (available on our website). You must bring this completed form with you to the appointment.
If you/your client fails to show for the appointment, and remove the furniture your agency loses that appointment slot and the $25 appointment fee.
