The Hope Chest is a program of Bridging AZ Furniture Bank.
By making housewares available to agencies in the community, the Hope Chest can help families save on out-of-pocket expense and provide them an opportunity to establish a comfortable home. Twice a month 1,000's of new and gently used household items are distributed to social service agency case managers. Case managers then provide these items to their clients AT NO CHARGE.
Please note: Furniture and Beds are not usually available through the Hope Chest Program. If you need furniture for your client or agency click here.

Furniture for your Agency
No appointment fee for office type furniture. Chairs $10 with or without wheels. Desks, Tables File Cabinets $25 each. Email what your office needs and pick-up on Wednesdays.

$10 Furniture for your Client
Bridging charges a $5 - $10 handling fee for each peice of furniture. Appointment slots are $25 each.
Once your agency purchases slots your agency name will appear on the Agencies page and you will be able to fill out this example form and make appointments for your clients. Furniture pick-up on Fridays and Saturdays only. Click here to purchase appointment slots
Beds for your client
Sterlized beds are available for $20 per set (Mattress & Box spring, any size) with above appointment slot. If you just need beds without other furniture or an appointment costs $40 each set please click here to fill out request form

Hope Chest- a program of Bridging AZ for caseworkers and employees of social service agencies ONLY!
Next Hope February 17th
PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE REGISTERING:
1: Caseworkers must pre-register to attend.
2: If you are registering for the 1st time: Read, Print, Sign and BRING THIS Agreement with you to the Hope Chest. You must register to participate in the Hope Chest
3: To ensure fairness for all:
ONLY 2 case managers per agency may register and receive items on any given Friday. "Agency" is defined: a parent company or government entity, NOT a program or location. Case manager must work for a social service, health or government agency. You will be notifed by email if 2 case managers from your agency have already registered.
4: To register, use your personal agency email address, (e.g.- (your)name@(your)agency... NO gmail, msn, cox, yahoo, etc. Email must contain your name and agency name) You MAY NOT register for another case manager. If a 2nd case manager is attending, they must register using their OWN agency email address.
5: Arrive PRIOR to 8:30 for annoucements. Late arrivals are discouraged, and will be placed at the end of the line.
6. Park in the back lot, in front of the Hope Chest building. Do not block other buildings.
7. DO NOT BRING clients, family, volunteers, etc. This program is for pre-registered case managers and employees of social service agencies ONLY.
8. If you register and fail to show up for the Hope Chest, your agency will be billed a $25 NO SHOW FEE, AND your agency will not be eligible to participate in the Hope Chest until that fee is paid. Please Note: Your name and email will be shared with any employee from your agency who attempts to register.
REMEMBER, CASE MANAGER MUST:
a) Pre-register. If you do not pre-register, you will be denied participation in the Hope Chest. If you are new: print, sign and bring 2011 agreement (see above)
b) Arrive prior to 8:30am start time
c) Have visable at all times your agency-issue photo ID badge
d) Bring your agency business card
