Authorized Case Managers from partnering agencies make appointments to escort their clients through the Furniture Bank. Before a case manager can bring a client to the warehouse, the case manager must attend case manager training conducted by Bridging AZ.

  1. Please make sure your agency has a current MOU on file with Bridging
  2. All appointments to the Furniture Bank are made online through your agency's Bridging Liaison.
